IronEve — Conditions d'utilisation
1. L'application
IronEve est un carnet d'entraînement de musculation. L'application fonctionne hors ligne ; un compte est facultatif et ne sert qu'à sauvegarder l'abonnement et synchroniser les données.
2. IronEve Plus (abonnement)
- Formules : mensuelle et annuelle, renouvelées automatiquement au même tarif jusqu'à annulation ; le prix exact, dans ta devise, est affiché avant l'achat.
- Le paiement est traité par Google Play ; l'annulation se fait dans Google Play → Abonnements, au moins 24 h avant la fin de la période en cours. L'accès Plus reste actif jusqu'à la fin de la période déjà payée.
- Une offre promotionnelle (offre de récupération) peut être proposée une seule fois et pour une durée limitée ; elle est renouvelée au tarif standard annuel ensuite.
- Supprimer son compte n'annule pas l'abonnement.
- Les remboursements suivent la politique de Google Play.
3. Ce que Plus inclut
Sauvegarde et synchronisation cloud (un seul appareil actif à la fois : une connexion sur un nouvel appareil déconnecte le précédent), routines illimitées, historique illimité. Les fonctionnalités gratuites restent utilisables sans abonnement.
4. Utilisation raisonnable et sécurité
IronEve enregistre ce que tu saisis ; elle ne fournit aucun conseil médical ni programme d'entraînement. Consulte un professionnel en cas de doute sur ta condition physique. Tu es responsable de la sécurité de ton compte et de tes séances.
5. Données
Le traitement des données est décrit dans la politique de confidentialité.
6. Évolutions et résiliation
L'application et ces conditions peuvent évoluer ; les changements importants sont signalés dans l'application ou sur la fiche du magasin. Tu peux cesser d'utiliser l'application à tout moment et supprimer ton compte depuis le Profil.

IronEve — Terms of Use
1. The app
IronEve is a strength-training log. It works offline; an account is optional and only used to save the subscription and sync data.
2. IronEve Plus (subscription)
- Monthly and yearly plans, automatically renewed at the same price until cancelled; the exact price in your currency is shown before purchase.
- Payment is handled by Google Play; cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions at least 24 h before the end of the current period. Plus access remains active until the paid period ends.
- A one-time, time-limited promotional offer may be shown; it renews at the standard yearly price afterwards.
- Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
3. What Plus includes
Cloud backup and sync (one active device at a time: signing in on a new device signs out the previous one), unlimited routines, unlimited history. Free features remain usable without a subscription.
4. Reasonable use and safety
IronEve records what you enter; it provides no medical advice or training program. Consult a professional if in doubt about your fitness. You are responsible for your account and your training.
5. Data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
6. Changes and termination
The app and these terms may change; significant changes are announced in the app or on the store listing. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from the Profile.

Governing law: French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
